I’ve been photographing at these hidden woods in Chalfont St Giles for a few years now, each time I arrive the experience awaiting the lucky diners has evolved and deepened. New touches added, an elevation of the services offered whilst still keeping the fundamental principles that I fell in love with on my first visit when Nomadic was exploring it’s style and finding it’s flow and rhythm.

Daylesford farm began its organic journey 35 years ago. Now, one of the most sustainable organic farms in the UK, its 2350 acres in the Cotswolds is also home to a beautiful farm shop, restaurant, café, a spa, cottages and a cookery school.
