Love them or hate them, sprouts are the marmite of the veg world. And if they are boiled to death then they deserve the bad reputation. This is a simple baked recipe, drizzled in good olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan, the sprouts retain their flavour and crisp in the oven so they have bite, seasoned well this is one perfect little seasonal side dish.

Roast Sprouts with Parmesan
Serves 4
Ingredients
500g sprouts, trim & cut in half
Aldi Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
3 Garlic Cloves, bashed
25g grated Parmesan
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180C Fan
Add the prepped sprouts and garlic to a baking sheet, drizzle over the EV olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and cook for 10 mins. Remove from the oven and add the grated Parmesan return to the oven and cook for a further 10 mins. Transfer to a warm serving bowl and serve.
