Natural Dye Workshop

I spent a wonderful day at Kathryn Davey's workshop learning about natural dyes

Held at The Flower Factory Studio, home of one my photography hero's Kristen Perers, a space that is calm, quiet and filled with light which matched Kathryn's gentle teaching style. Which was in complete contrast to the hustle outside as Columbia Road's busiest day of the week unfolded.

The day was insightful, hands on and I was just blown away with the results that simple things such as avocado stones, hibiscus and Tumeric produced.
